About Rachel.

I'm Rachel, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Sydney and a BSc in Human Nutrition from University College Dublin. My experience includes working as a dietitian, providing nutritional guidance for optimal performance.

In my practice, I adopt a personalised, evidence-based approach, considering your unique dietary needs and lifestyle. Outside of work, I enjoy resistance training, outdoor adventures, and exploring new cafes.
